Our Remanufacturing Process:


1.   Test machine for any initial conflicts (keypad, display, contol board, motor/s or alternator, etc.)

2.   Fully disassemble machine

3.   Sandblast frame to remove original powder coat and any imperfections in frame

4.   Inspect frame to assure structural integrity

5.   Re-powder coat frame

6.   Rebuild motor (bearing and brushes) and/or replace alternator brushes

7.   Bench test electronics, displays, control boards, etc.

8.   Replace deck (running/walking surface)

9.   Replace belts (running/walking belt and drive belt)

10. Replace roller bearings

11. Replace grips

12. Replace ramp sleeves (Precor units)

13. Replace keypad overlay

14. Test completed unit (20 minutes at full speed and full incline)

15. Prepare/package/protect unit for shipment
